In addition, merchants across Bhutan can now accept payments from Indian tourists using BHIM UPI via the existing National QR code (QR code after 19th March, 2025).
The transaction charges included to the customers are as follows:
- Transactions below Nu. 2,000 will be charged at 0.9%
- Transactions above Nu. 2,000 will be charged at 1.25%
